Both the group and its subsidiaries have established a Safety Production Committee (referred to as the "Safety Committee") as the highest leadership and decision-making body for the company's safety production. The General Manager serves as the Director of the Safety Committee, the Vice President in charge of safety serves as the Deputy Director, and the team members are members of the Safety Committee. The Safety Committee has established a Safety Committee Office, which is headed by the Safety Director or Head of the Safety Department of each unit, responsible for the daily management of the Safety Committee. In addition, each production unit has an independent safety management organization, equipped with dedicated safety management personnel, responsible for the specific work of safety production management. We promote the institutionalization and standardization of safety production in the group and its subsidiaries, and encourage the subsidiaries to carry out safety production standardization certification to ensure the scientific and effective safety production management system. Among them, Hongda Engineering has passed the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and Hongda Engineering and Lianshao Construction have obtained the second level enterprise certification for safety production standardization in mining and construction enterprises. At the same time, we promote the signing of safety production responsibility agreements, establish safety production supervision agencies and full-time personnel in accordance with laws and regulations, effectively strengthen team building, and refine the main responsibility of enterprise safety production to every employee, every position, and every link.

? The investment in safety production was 318.1157 million yuan. The group signed 5 safety production responsibility agreements with its subsidiaries, and 5711 safety production responsibility agreements were signed internally within each subsidiary.

The Group Safety Committee conducted 14 safety inspections, 5 special investigations and rectification of major safety hazards, and identified and rectified 65 safety hazards or problems, with a rectification rate of 100%; Subsidiaries and production units conducted 629 safety production self inspections and self corrections, identified and rectified 2449 safety hazards or problems, with a rectification rate of 100%.
? The company conducted 153 emergency drills, with a total of 7159 participants.
? There were no occupational diseases in the company, 2597 employees participated in occupational health examinations, and 4769 employees were insured for safety production liability insurance.
