Guangdong Hongda strictly adheres to laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, and supports and respects the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Basic Principles and Rights at Work and other applicable international principles. Establish a sound human resources management system, formulate the "Basic Human Resources Management System", "Employee Handbook" and other systems, and adhere to equal treatment during recruitment and employment, without discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, beliefs and other differences of employees. Resolutely eliminate illegal employment such as hiring child workers, forced labor, and employment that violates policies and regulations, strictly prohibit illegal collection of personal information of job applicants, respect and protect the rights and interests of employees, and provide equal employment and development opportunities for every employee.

Strengthening democratic management

We respect the opinions of our employees, strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, and establish a sound democratic management system. We have also established open and smooth communication channels, expanding employees' right to know through promotional methods such as bulletin boards, bulletin boards, posting slogans, and establishing WeChat groups; Build and launch the "Hongda Cloud Home - Party Mass Culture Center" communication platform, providing a learning and communication platform for cadres and employees; Employees can solve problems through direct and face-to-face communication, effectively safeguarding their rights and interests.

?  Carry out three major training programs: "Eagle Plan", "Eagle Plan", and "Eagle Plan", providing personalized training plans based on the characteristics and needs of employees' career development stages.

?  Provide specialized training on project safety, blasting operation certificate examination, engineering and technical personnel training, financial personnel professional training, overseas financial and tax management training, and other training resources for employees in different professions.

Building a Happy Hongda

Guangdong Hongda alleviates the urgent needs of employees and their families by establishing a love fund and organizing assistance for disadvantaged employees, helping them overcome their difficulties. Regular employee care and condolences, as well as rich cultural and sports activities, are carried out to create a positive, healthy, and comfortable workplace environment for employees and enhance their sense of happiness.


?  Establish a 'Da Ai Fund' to provide assistance to employees and their immediate blood relatives and spouses of Guangdong Hongda headquarters, wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries who are currently employed, as well as to provide assistance for difficult employees and medical treatment for serious illnesses. In 2023, the "Da Ai Fund" provided assistance to two employees who were trapped due to illness and applied for a grant of 48000 yuan.

?  Carry out medical mutual aid activities and encourage employees to purchase on-the-job medical mutual aid insurance. In 2023, Hongda Defense Technology provided 207 employees with free participation in the "Comprehensive Mutual Assistance Guarantee for Inpatient Medical Care of On duty Employees" activity. Hongda Engineering purchased a total of 339 medical (inpatient) mutual assistance projects for on duty employees, adding a reassuring guarantee to their happy lives.

?  Hongda project continues to promote the construction of love stations on the project. By 2023, 6 new love stations will be built, with more than 1500 inclusive employees. The total number of inclusive employees in all operating love stations is more than 2000.

?  Continue to do a good job of caring for female employees, provide additional supplementary insurance for female employees, carry out screening services for diseases with high incidence rate and mortality of women such as breast cancer, and build a health protection barrier for female employees. During International Women's Day on March 8th, our headquarters and subsidiaries organized activities such as outdoor expansion, recognition of outstanding women's achievements, women's health classes, book sharing sessions, and tea flower gatherings for female employees. The coverage rate of breast cancer screening for female employees is 100%.
